OC/LA Intercounty Transportation Study

Transportation officials from both Orange County and Los Angeles County are launching a landmark study and seeking public input to improve traffic in one of the nation’s most traveled regions!

This one-year study will analyze bus, rail and vehicle traffic along the region and identify transportation needs specifically in the Orange and Los Angeles county border.

The concepts developed through this study process will lay the foundation for future work between the two agencies, including further planning, engineering and environmental studies.

An important part of the OC/LA Border Study is finding out which issues are important to you. Please share your opinions by completing the short survey at www.octa.net/OC-LAstudy . Surveys will be collected and tallied February 1, 2008 . Your response will help OCTA and Metro understand the community’s issues and recommendations near the Orange and Los Angeles county border.
