Regarding Route 241 Widening at Windy Ridge FasTrack, to perform site-testing TCA directed us to obtain permission from Caltrans. What is the process to get permission to access and test? |
Contact Alberto Estrada, District 12 Permits Office, at 949/724-2445. Please come to Permits Office and submit a Standard Encroachment Permit Application to perform site testing (What kind of testing will Contractor specifically do?) with a deposit of $820. Also, the application is available on-line, click on Permit Application/ Forms.
