NO	QUESTION	ANSWER
1	Sections 10-3.09 and 10-3.11 of the Special Provisions imply that each traffic signal shall have an "Emergency Vehicle Detector System" and that it shall conform to the plans. However the plans do not provide any details or an indication of such installation. Please clarify.	Provide/install EVCs and perform system testing in accordance with Sheet E-2 and Section 10-3.09 of the SPs. Reference Sheet ES-4E for the standard plan of the way the EVDS were mounted.
2	Plan Sheets E-1 through E-9 identify the removal and/or the installation of new wires. However, the plans fail to identify if there are any other existing wiring in the respective conduits within the existing traffic signal. Please provide this information or clarify this work scope.	Conduits should contain only the referenced material.
3	Sections 10-3.10 or 10-3.11 of the Special Provisions makes no mention as to the payment for the LED module retrofits. Please clarify.	LED module retrofit is included in the contract lump sum price paid for modify signal.
