
State Route 78/111 Draft Environmental Impact Report/Statement

The California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) and the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) propose to construct State Route 78/111 as a four-lane divided expressway on new alignment from State Route 86 (SR-86), northwest of the City of Brawley, to SR-111, southeast of the City of Brawley, in Imperial County, California. Comments on the draft Environmental Impact Report/Statement will be accepted through August 14, 2001.
