Southbound I-5 Connector to Northbound State Route 15 Closed Saturday Morning
SAN DIEGO – The connector from southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) to northbound Route 15 (SR-15) will be closed Saturday from 3-8 a.m. for guardrail repairs, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
Signs will be posted detouring travelers to continue on southbound I-5 to exit at Main Street and turn left, continue to Osborn Street and turn left, take the on-ramp to northbound I-5 to northbound I-15.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and safely move over a lane when Caltrans or other emergency vehicles are displaying flashing amber lights. It’s the law!
