Emergency Closure of the El Norte Off-ramp on I-15
SAN DIEGO –The southbound Interstate 15 off-ramp at El Norte Parkway will remain closed for the afternoon commute, according to the California Department of Transportation. Motorists are advised to seek and alternate route.
A small passenger airplane made an emergency landing the on southbound lanes of the freeway early Monday morning. The plane was moved to the El Norte Parkway off-ramp so mechanics can remove it off the freeway.
