Southbound I-5 Connector to Northbound SR-15 Closed Saturday Morning

SAN DIEGO – The connector from southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) to northbound State Route 15 (SR-15) will be closed Saturday morning from 3-9, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

The closure is needed so that crews can safely repair guardrails at a time that is least disruptive to the traveling public.

Detour signs will be posted directing motorists to continue southbound I-5, to Main Street (south), to Division Street (east), to Osborn Street (north) to northbound I-5 and then to northbound SR-15.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and safely move over a lane when they see Caltrans or other emergency vehicles displaying flashing amber lights. It’s the Law!
