I-5 Manchester Avenue On-ramp Closed Thursday

SAN DIEGO – The Manchester Avenue on-ramp to southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) will be closed Thursday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. for guardrail repair, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

Motorists will be detoured northbound on I-5 to the Birmingham Drive off-ramp, then left over the freeway and left onto southbound I-5.

Drivers are reminded to slow and safely move over a lane when highway workers are present.
