Northbound SR-163 to Eastbound I-8 Closure

SAN DIEGO – The connector ramp between northbound State Route 163 (SR-163) to eastbound Interstate 8 (I-8) will be closed Sunday morning from 5 – 10 for roadwork, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

Northbound motorists will be detoured around the closure to Friars Road west, to southbound SR-163 to eastbound I-8.

Motorists are asked to take extra care when traveling in work zones and to move over if possible when highway workers are present. For questions or concerns contact the Caltrans Public Information Office at (619) 688-6670.
