Portion of Southbound Interstate 15 Closed Sunday Night
SAN DIEGO – Southbound Interstate 15 (I-15) will be closed from the I-15/State Route 163 (SR-163) split to State Route 52 (SR-52) on Sunday from 11:30 p.m. – 4:30 a.m. the following morning, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
This closure will allow construction crews to re-stripe lanes. Motorists traveling south on I-15 will be detoured to south on SR-163, to west on SR-52 to south on Convoy Street to east on SR-52 onto southbound I-15. Detour signs will be in place to direct motorists.
