Guardrail Repair Planned for SR-54 Connector
SAN DIEGO – Saturday morning starting at 3 crews from the California Department of Transportation will close the connector ramp from westbound SR-54 to northbound I-805. The connector ramp will be closed for emergency guardrail repair and will reopen at 8 a.m.
Motorists will be detoured to southbound I-805 to the Bonita Road off-ramp then back on to northbound I-805. Caltrans will place detour signs along the route to direct motorists around the closure. Motorists are encouraged to leave extra time for their commute.
