Westbound SR-52 Closed Tuesday Night from I-805 to Genesee Avenue
SAN DIEGO – Westbound State Route 52 (SR-52) will be closed between Interstate 805 (I-805) and Genesee Avenue on Tuesday night from 10 until 5 Wednesday morning for bridge work, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
Motorists westbound on SR-52 will be detoured via northbound I-805 to westbound Governor Drive, then southbound on Genesee Avenue to westbound SR-52. Motorists on I-805 will also be detoured via Governor Drive and Genesee Avenue for access to westbound SR-52.
Signs will be placed to alert motorists and assist them around the closure.
