Weekend Closure for I-5 On-ramp in Oceanside

SAN DIEGO – Construction crews from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be closing the southbound Interstate 5 on-ramp at Vandegrift/Harbor Drive this weekend.  The on-ramp will close Friday at 9 p.m. and re-open at Monday at 5 a.m.

Caltrans will be doing pavement work, restriping and laying the foundation for a future ramp meter.  Crews will place detour signs to assist motorists around the closure.
