Full Nighttime Closures of State Route 67 in Santee
SAN DIEGO – State Route 67 (SR-67) will be closed in both directions between Prospect and Woodside avenues Sunday through Thursday nights from 9 until 5 the following morning, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
Three ramps will also be closed beginning one hour earlier each evening at 8 – the northbound on-ramp from Bradley Avenue, the southbound on-ramp from Magnolia Avenue and the northbound off-ramp to Prospect Avenue.
Highway construction crews will place detour signs to assist motorists around the closures.
The closures will allow crews to remove falsework from the new bridges being constructed as part of the State Route 52 Sunny Side Gateway Project to construct a new four-lane highway from SR-52/SR-125 to SR-67 in Santee.
