Portion of Interstate 15 Express Lanes Closed this Weekend
SAN DIEGO – The Interstate 15 (I-15) Express Lanes will be closed from State Route 56 south to State Route 163 starting Friday at 8 p.m. and reopening on Monday at 4 a.m., according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
This weekend closure will allow construction crews to continue demolition work on the south side of the Poway Road/Rancho Peñasquitos Boulevard bridge without impacting the weekday commute.
