Connector Ramp Closure Sunday Morning From Westbound interstate 8 to Southbound Interstate 15
SAN DIEGO – The Westbound Interstate 8 to southbound Interstate 15 connector ramp will be closed from 3-9 Sunday morning to repair dips in the roadway, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
Two lanes on westbound I-8 from Fairmont Ave to I-15 will also be closed to perform the work.
Motorists traveling westbound on I-8 will be detoured to northbound I-15 to westbound Friars Road to southbound I-15.
Drivers are asked to be aware of highway worker safety and to Slow for the Cone Zone.
