Five Day Closure of Connector Ramp

SAN DIEGO – The connector ramp from westbound State Route 54 (SR-54) to southbound SR-125 (South Bay Expressway) will be closed for five consecutive days beginning this Monday at 9 a.m. and reopening Friday afternoon.   Crews will make needed repairs to the freeway shoulder on the connector, said officials from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

Westbound SR-54 traffic will be directed to exit on Briarwood Road to eastbound SR-54 and then to southbound SR-125.

Motorists are encouraged to use caution when driving in any construction zone.
