Emergency Closure on the southbound I-5 to eastbound I-8 ramp and the Rosecrans Street off-ramp

SAN DIEGO – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be closing the southbound Interstate 5 connecter ramps to eastbound I-8 and Rosecrans Street tonight at 10:30.  Both ramps will re-open at 5 Friday morning.

The closures are needed for emergency construction work.  Changeable message signs will be in place in advance of the closures. Motorists needed to access the Midway/Sports Arena area should exit Sea World Drive and go right to south West Mission Bay/Midway.
