Northbound Interstate 5 Ramp Closures In Southbay This Sunday
SAN DIEGO – The Industrial Boulevard on- and off- ramps and the J Street on-ramp to northbound Interstate 5 will be closed Sunday, Sept. 20, from 3 – 11 a.m., according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
Two of the four northbound lanes on Interstate 5 will also be closed from just south of the Palomar Street overcrossing to J Street during this time.
The closures will allow crews to reinforce the base under the concrete slabs.
Motorists can access J Street and Industrial Boulevard by continuing northbound on Interstate 5, exiting at H Street, crossing over the freeway and taking southbound Interstate 5 to these locations.
