Northbound Interstate 805/Telegraph Canyon Road On-ramp Closed This Weekend

SAN DIEGO – The Telegraph Canyon Road on-ramp to northbound Interstate 805 will be closed this weekend starting Friday, Jan. 16 at 9 p.m., according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

The ramp will re-open on Monday, Jan. 19 at 5 a.m. An additional lane is being added at the on-ramp to accommodate local traffic entering I-805.

Signs will be posted to direct motorists to alternate routes. From westbound Otay Lakes Road, motorists may take northbound Otay Lakes Road to westbound Bonita Road to I-805. From westbound Telegraph Canyon Road, take northbound Paseo del Rey to eastbound E. H Street to I-805. From eastbound L Street, take southbound I-805, exit E. Orange Avenue/Olympic Parkway and re-enter I-805 heading northbound.
