Southbound Centre City Parkway Closed This Weekend Near I-15

SAN DIEGO – The southbound lanes of Centre City Parkway, between Citracado Parkway and Interstate 15, in Escondido, will be closed from Friday, Aug. 10 at 7 p.m. through Monday, Aug. 13 at 5 a.m., according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The closure will also include the southbound Centre City Parkway on- ramp to the freeway.

The closure is necessary to complete paving of the southbound I-15 lanes. Detour signs will be in place to direct motorists to use local surface streets in order to get around the closure. Motorists wanting to access southbound I-15 will be directed to the on-ramp at Felicita Road.
