A New Lane Will Open On I-15 In the Rancho Bernardo Area
SAN DIEGO –The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will complete wildfire highway repairs on State Route 94 by Monday, Nov. 5. At that time all restrictions for commercial vehicles and one-way traffic control will be lifted.
“Repair crews will continue to work through the weekend to wrap up operations necessary to maintain a safe roadway,” said Caltrans District Director Pedro Orso-Delgado. “We are planning to reopen the remaining closed roadways in the county by the end of the week.”
Future closures along routes damaged by the wildfires will be needed as crews work to stabilize fire damaged slopes.
