There
are approximately 400 qualified men and women who are responsible
for maintaining more than 1000 centerline miles of highways and freeways
in San Diego and Imperial Counties. Deputy District Director Mike
McManus along with Maintenance Managers and Senior Transportation
Engineers oversee all aspects of Maintenance Engineering and the day
to day operations of this Division. The Caltrans Maintenance Division
is managed by a Division Chief, Maintenance Managers, and Senior Transportation
Engineers. These Maintenance employees oversee approximately 400 qualified
men and women. These employees are responsible for the maintaining
of more than 1,000 centerline miles of highways and freeways in San
Diego and Imperial Counties. |
