# 94 RAPID STRENGTH CONCRETE
After considerable thought and discussion,
we are of the opinion that the operation as specified is impossible anyway.
When you consider the short 7-hour time window, the "non-impacting" removal
method specified, and the 285mm of ACB required to be placed, compacted
and cooled before the rapid setting concrete can be placed, and the penalty
for 21-day cracks, it is very daunting. I can't even determine with any
confidence what the criterion is for opening to traffic!
What is the intent here?
