any of the contractors that are registered Planholders for that
Contract,
but reserves the right to not answer any questions deemed
unsatisfactory
for public viewing.

H=4978 implies that the "high strength masonry" is anything that is
beyond a height of 2845; however the "Sound Wall Reinforcement Table"
indicates that only wall heights of 4978 will require a "high strength"
of 25.6.

Question= - Reference made page 30, section 10-1.03 to "Material containing Aerially Deposited Lead" within top 0.6 m of material in unpaved areas within the highway ROW,states "After the Contractor has completed handling materials containing aerially deposited lead, in conformace with the Plans, Standard Specifications and these special provisions..." We could not locate on plans or in Standard Specifications. Please clarify location and requirements involving material containing Aerially Deposited lead and what Contractor will be required to do with said material.

Question= We found no mention
of graffiti coating requirement for the masonry wall in the plans and
specifications. Please clarify if the masonry wall is to receive
graffiti coating, and if so, is it required on both sides.
