For bidding purposes the work should be bid as shown on the Plans and Special Provisions.

As the Notice to Bidder’s did not provide for a scheduled prebid meeting, we were targeting our own job walk.  Based on the tragic events of last week in New York and Washington, and the closing of and/or restricted air travel throughout the Country, we have not had a reasonable opportunity to visit the site of the proposed work in the San Diego area.  Once we visit the locations, we will also need time to analyze the data secured to maximize the savings within our bid for the Department.
