Plan Sheet / Specification Reference=Section 10-1.13 Traffic.  Chart 3
provides for ramp closure of the northbound on ramp from 43rd street in the
daytime.  Chart 4 provides for ramp closure of the northbound on ramp from
47th street only in the nighttime.  These two ramps merge for approx the
last 230 meters before entering the freeway.
Question=How do you resolve this apparent conflict?  Is there a station at
which the State regards this roadway converting from one on ramp designation
to the other?  If so, please advise where that takes place.
  • Chart No. 3 also provides for ramp closure of the Northbound-On ramp from 43rd street in the nightime that is  concurrent to chart No. 4.
  • The Northbound-On ramps do not converge. The Northbound-on Ramp from 47th ends at Sta. 197+65 "SD 805" Line. The Nothbound-On ramp from 43th starts at 198+00 "SD 805" Line and runs directly into an auxiliary lane.
