Plan Sheet /
Specification Reference=Sheets C-1 and WPC-1
Why are 6m wide const. entrances spec'd at location 1, with limited access through +-2 m gates? How are we to construct the const. ent.'s at sidewalks and existing concrete driveways per the detail given? There is a conflict in the locations of the access easements between the "C" drawings and the WPC-1 sheet. Residents 2105, 2113, 2137, 2153, 2215, 2231 all are in conflict between between the above referenced drawings. Photo 2171-1 shows a PCC slab to be
removed and refers to construction easement yet neither the C drawings
or the WPC-1 show access at 2171, or a slab to be removed.
