Remove fence Item calls for the removal of post footings.  In some cases this will destabilize slopes, in other cases equipment access is limited which will increase the cost.  Will you consider leaving post footings in place where they do not conflict with the new fence?

  •  Where the removal of the post footings will destabilized any slope, the post footing may remain.  The post footings may remain where they do not conflict with the new fence.

Because of the location of the fence, most of this work will be hand work. This makes the 20 Working Day requirement impractical. We believe this will require at least 100 working days. Can you please address this?

  • Bid the project as specified per  the plans and specifications.
