Request for Proposals (RFP), State Route 29 South Corridor Engineered Feasibility Study and Middletown Community Action Plan


The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 1 in partnership with the Lake County/City Area Planning Council (LC/CAPC) are seeking proposals from qualified consultant firms or individuals to complete the State Route 29 South Corridor Engineering Feasibility Study (EFS) and Middletown Community Action Plan (CAP) in Lake County.

Background, project information, scope of work, consultant selection procedure, proposal requirements, and payment and contract information are included in the attached Request for Proposals. If you are interested in this project and your firm is qualified to provide the services required, please respond with your proposal no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.

The State Route 29 South Corridor EFS and Middletown CAP Consultant Selection Committee will review proposals and be prepared to recommend award of a contract on April 24, 2012.

Caltrans and LC/CAPC will host the Bidder Question & Answer Conference Call scheduled for Tuesday, February 28th, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Please contact Jaime Hostler for conference call dial-in information.
