Request for Proposals (RFP), Covelo/Round Valley Engineered Feasibility Study


The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 1 in partnership with the Mendocino Council of Governments (MCOG) is seeking proposals from qualified consultant firms or individuals to complete the Covelo/Round Valley Engineering Feasibility Study (EFS) in northern Mendocino County.

Background, project information, scope of work, consultant selection procedure, proposal requirements, and payment and contract information are included in the attached Request for Proposals. If you are interested in this project and your firm is qualified to provide the services required, please respond with your proposal no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2012.

The Covelo/Round Valley Engineered Feasibility Study Consultant Selection Committee will review proposals and be prepared to recommend award of a contract on August 3, 2012.

Caltrans and MCOG will provide Bidder Question & Answer pages on their respective websites, with a deadline for submitting written questions on Tuesday, June 19th, 2012. Questions regarding this Request for Proposals are to be received by e-mail, FAX or mail and should include the individual's name, the name of the firm, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Responses will be posted within 3 business days of submittal. Please submit written questions to Jesse Robertson.
