Russian Delegation Visits District 7

On March 24, a delegation of representatives from 10 of the leading Russian road construction companies visited District 7 to learn more about how Caltrans builds, manages, and operates freeways in Los Angeles. 

Deborah Robertson speaks to the delegation. The delegation visited the construction site of a Golden State Freeway (I-5) project. District 7 engineers explain the work at the project.
