On October 14, the California Highway Patrol, Caltrans, various L.A. County law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders from the community announced a zero-tolerance enforcement campaign against distracted driving.  The press conference included a distracted driver demonstration to promote a greater understanding of the dangers of driving while distracted.
