District 7’s Governmental Affairs held their annual Legislative Workshop on Thursday, March 11, 2010. This event gave representatives for elected officials from federal, state, and local government the opportunity to learn about major projects in District 7. Topics included congestion pricing, stimulus projects, and many more. Subject matter experts from each division gave presentations on upcoming programmed projects, the local agency funding process, small business programs, and how maintenance issues are handled. Lastly, District Director Mike Miles discussed his vision for District 7.
