There is usually a lot of activity on the 13th Floor of the District Headquarters Building, but one day a year it's a packed house as Executive Staff puts out the welcome mat for employees.

The annual Holiday Open House, held last month on December 20, is an opportunity for the District Director and the deputies to show their appreciation to employees for all their hard work throughout the year.

As usual, the event involved an abundance of delicious food, good cheer and beautiful holiday decorations. "Having an opportunity to chat with employees and see them enjoy themselves is one of the holiday traditions I really look forward to," said District Director Doug Failing. "It's a chance for us all to recharge our batteries before we launch into what will undoubtedly be an energetic new year." 

Several people were involved in planning and executing the event. District 7 greatly appreciates their efforts.
