Response #1:No, not all the curbs/gutters flush to existing asphalt. The contract plans has call-outs 4? cold plane and RHMA-G overlay to flush with new curbs & gutters and match existing pavements.

Inquiry #3: The Quantity sheets do not contain the tonnage required for the 4' paving around the curb ramp. Please add the quantities and correct the bid item quantity.

Inquiry #4: Depending on pole manufacturing, the time of 120 days may be insufficient for the production, installation and activation of the poles equipment. Will there be added time?
