Inquiry #1: On sheet E-8 it is not clear what is bold in the Pole and equipment schedule.

It get confusing that the existing pole letters are changed between E-5 and E-6

Lighting poles 00312 and 00282 are RS on E5 but are re-lamped on E-6 but 00322 on E-5 is 002852 of E6 confusing

a) 00282 shall be RS; 000312 shall remain and relamped; Renumbered 000282 as 000322 and 000292 as 000282. An addendum will be issued to make these corrections.
