Inquiry #5: cold milling has a set depth of .10 max. Is it the states intention to have a mirrored ground surface of current surface ? With the Max .10 depth, smoothness will be compromised in the grind. will there be a give plus or minus add to the cold plane item to help achieve smoothness ?

will the state consider earlier lane closers ? This area traffic count drops drastically after 9pm. this will aid in attempt to get better smoothness to the road system, as well as longer closers.

please answer questions, to help us all bid in a responsible and efficient manner. Thank you.
