Inquiry #2: On the project plans, Page ECL-1, Erosion Control Type 2 Sequence has step 1 as RECP (Netting) and step 2 Compost. Do you want the compost over the netting? It is usually under the netting.

Inquiry #5: I have checked with the seed companies about collecting the seed for the project per your answer to question #3 "if unavailable, contract with a seed supplier to have them collect seed", and it is not possible to collect all the seed this year due to the fact that the spring collection time will have past by the time the contract is issued. The suppliers state that the seed collection can proceed next year at a cost of $51,000 per acre. Can you please reconsider using California seed or give us more time to collect the seed.

Thank you,
