Inquiry #28: The project specific CDFW 1600 states:
2.3 Bridge-dwelling Wildlife Protection. Exclusionary devices shall be installed on the bridge prior to the initiation of nesting season (February 1).
The addendum, which modifies the installation window to Sept 2 - Feb 28, is now not in alignment with project permit.

1. Will Caltrans be performing this pre-con inspection?

3. Or, will Caltrans be performing notifications?
