Inquiry #2: Item 14 Roadway Excavation show quantity of 200 CY. The schedule of quantities on sheet Q-1 of plans shows quantity of 489.18 CY. Please advise as to which is correct.

Item 19 Compost show quantity of 550 CY at location 2. Quantity appears to be incorrect for area of coverage. Please advise as this will inflate bid amount substantially.

Inquiry #5: All the locations have work that is within creek limits. Work within the creek is limited to June 15 and Oct 15 per section 13-12.03A. Section 20-3.01B(2)(v) requires us to plant the willow polls between September 15 and October 15. If we start the job June 15, after the 40 days expires, do we need to include liquidated damages until the willow cuttings work can take place?

Inquiry #6: Section 20-10.03C(3)(a) requires us to water the alder until 10-15-18, if we started the work in June, the contract time would run out while we are still required to perform certain work. Should the watering item be eliminated from the contract and be given to maintenance crews?

Inquiry #7: At site 1 the access is limited and full of vegetation. Will we be able to pioneer access from the down stream side or access the creek from another location and walk equipment/materials in? Do we need to figure on using a crane to place equipment and materials?
